Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

Hurt at Water Tower

Hi

When leaving my doctors office in Water Tower Chgo, a scaffolding fell on cars on Chestnut St. When I asked the security guard what was wrong he said that scaffolding crushed a silver car in the street. My husband was waiting in a silver car on that street. I panicked, fainted and severely sprained my ankle. Witnesses wanted to send me to the hospital when I came to but I was too concerned about my husband. I went to a hospital facility within 2 hours of the incident. Do I have enough to place a claim against the scaffolding company?

Re: Hurt at Water Tower

my opinion, NO, would a jury hold the guard negligent for what he said, specialy if it was the truth?
