Legal Question in Personal Injury in Illinois

My landlady gave her word I could park in the covered shed. Now she changed her mind because I fell on the ice driveway to the shed. Can I hold her to her word and park in the shed? Nothing is in writing. Can I sue her for reimbursement for chiropractor treatment I needed after I fell?

You most certainly can sue for your Chiropractor bills and pain/suffering resulting from your fall.

Contact me and we can discuss your matter further.
