Small Claims for Car Accident
What are my rights in reference to sueing a person who got into a car accident in my car, when I was not present, for the damages done to the person that they hit.

You can file a law suit against the
person who drove around in your car
without authorization. Also, the
office of the State's Attorney may
consider a charge of trespass to a
vehicle if you provide them with a
copy of a police report.
