affidavit of heirs
how can i get and affidavit of heirs and do i have to hav a lawyer to expedite it. my father and brother passed and left no will. they had a house. my name is not on the quitdeed. the house is in forclosure . i have a buyer for the house but i can't sell it because it this problem. can you help me?

If you have an actual buyer, there is a procedure wherein you do not have to open a probate estate.

Check with a title company. they may have a form or an example that you can use.
