Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

I was charged a fee on my condo assessment account for water damage to unit underneath mine last month;two years ago unit above mine left her bathroom sink on and I had water damage to ceiling that keeps reappearing..No fixtures are leaking in my unit;I had two different plumbing contractors last November inspect bathroom and no leaks found and I had one plumber replace toilet because of its age..How do I dispute this charge?

You need to follow whatever rules and procedures there are in the condo documents - you probably want a hearing on the issue, especially if there is a leak in the common elements' plumbing lines that you are not responsible for. This is something that the Association or its management company should have been brought into back when it first started. Otherwise, you don't provide enough information to be of real help here.
