we have lawyers that done appear to be doing their jobs. We bought a building and want to rebhab it. We want to add on to the building so we are looking at a

B2-3 We have posted a sign on our building 6 mos. ago. We are suppose to have a committee meeting with the neighborhood. This one lady that runs the meetings refuses to have a meeting a suggest that we are going to develop a big condo bld. We are looking to have a art gallery and to live up stairs. we want the b2-3 so if the gallery needs to expand we will be able to do that. We have the building and to small lots next door. We receive an ok from the Alderman but this woman will not get a committee meeting for us to proceed. It has been 7mos. and we really would like to start the process. Our lawyers stated there is noting we can do? Please help!

Hello. I presume that you are dealing with zoning in Chicago. Your

lawyers are probably doing their best.

At times it is difficult to schedule

these types of meetings. Continue to

cooperate with your lawyers. That is

my best advice.
