Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

Trying to move on

I have a home I am desperatley trying to sell and finding it so close to impossible.

My agent has advised me to do a quick sell and all I want is the best advise because I do not have the incentive to keep this property.

Re: Trying to move on

Hello. You should consider changing real estate

agents, if he or she is telling you to do a

quick sale. You are entitled to what your property is worth. Why take any less than that. I will be happy to answer any additional questions that you may have on this topic. I

suggests that you beware of a real estate agent

who does less than his/her best.
