property sold by defraud

our dad died and left a house there are two children we signed a contract with a realator to sell propherty and we were to pay off the mortage and split the balance one of us sold the property on his own by filing a false statement saying he was the only child he didn't tell real estate and no one else but was found out what is the other child's options?

There are civil and severe criminal penalties for what occurred. You should consult a lawyer as soon as possible.

You should make a legal claim before the statute of limitations expires and you lose your rights to make a claim. You really need a lawyer

You need to sue - for fraud and many other possible claims. You should move fast to put a freeze on the other's assets to secure your judgment.
