Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Illinois

How do I put a lien on a property for sale

I have just recently been awarded a large sum of money for back child support. Within a week of our final courtdate, the ex put his house up for sale and I would like to put a lien on it. Note: Judgement was issued in Wisconsin, he resides in Illinois and I reside in Florida. I understand that after the house is sold he will move again out of state to Texas. This needs to be done ASAP, Please help. It took me over 23yrs to win this judgement.
