I quit claimed our house to my husband and he passed away do I have any rights to the property if there wasn't a will?

If the property was conveyed solely into his name, it will now pass to your husband's heirs as part of his estate. If he did not have children, that would be you. If he did have children, you would be limited to half the estate. You should arrange a consultation.
