How does one record a deed in the City of Chicago? Where does one find out this location in any city? Is the question which city? or is it state or federal?

One does not file a deed with the City of Chicago, nor any city. This a county government function. In this instance, Cook County. The County Building is co-located with City Hall in Chicago, Illinois.
