What is the policy of employers and using security cameras? I work at a gym and I came in today to see a picture of myself kissing my girlfriend goodbye posted on the time clock.

Hello. Clearly the posting of you and your girlfriend was a violation of your privacy. This is an unreasonable intrusion upon your rights. Employers do not have a right to photograph and record employees without first notifying them. If you filed a lawsuit against your employer, in my opinion, you might recover damages. Will be happy
