Is an Illinois will still valid in Florida if I move from Illinois to Florida?

If the will is valid in Illinois, it will be valid in Florida. We have admitted many such wills to probate court in Florida. The will should be witnessed and notarized according to Florida law; otherwise, the court will require require affidavits from the Illinois witnesses to attest to will validity.
