my mother pass and she was saying with my sister she tell me that she put something in a trust but i ask her what was lift she tell me not a thing and i known my mother lift something for her kids.

When this sort of thing happens you need to hire a lawyer to go through asset discovery. Find out what is there, if anything. Also it would be helpful to obtain a copy of the trust. There are various ways to go about this. It will depend on background facts that were not included in your question.
