Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Illinois

Wills

My uncle recently passed away. He's a very wealth man. Is there any way to see his will. There is an executor. I heard in Illinois that it has to be posted. Is this true? And if so, were do you find it?

Re: Wills

Wills are filed in the office of the Probate Clerk of the county in which the person died.

Generally, you must go to the clerk's office to see the will.
