Legal Question in Workers Comp in Illinois

Medical Dr

I got injure at work 2 1/2 months ago. My claim was denied and I've see 5 different doctors. A specialist is seeing me now. Finally after months the Works Comp company got all documents from the specialist and new they want me to see their own dr. My questions is can I refuse and if so can I start getting paid or my claim be approve. Please advice.
