Legal Question in Disability Law in India
I have come across a preposition which says that "A thing is true which is either not true or which is false is probably as true or an assumption or supposition of law that something may be false is true". I really do not know what does it mean. Can any one help me out?

it simply says that the nothing can be believe or disbelieved.
