cheque dishonored case/

if any accused whose cheque been dishonored give a statement in the coust that he will pay the amount by next date of hearining if he fail to pay can court will punish him without taking evidence

it depends upon the facts . If your submisions amounts to undertaking then court can punish you if it doesnot adverse inference can be drawn against such accused
