Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

Corporation tax 2007-08

Respected Sir,

We have ancestral property in Nagpur (MS) having three original joint shares (as three grandfathers are the equally shareholder of the property). Property now is in dispute. My uncle recently paid all the corporation tax in Corporation. However it was agreed that each cheque will be collected from each share holder. But he knowingly and cunningly paid all the taxes to show others that we are not paying tax (other two). As he has already paid the taxes, how can we paid our share to Muncipal Corporation. Please advise

It is good that all taxes are paid by your uncle. You sent/pay your share through cheque/M.O. with covering letter mentioning this fact to your uncle.

You inform your uncle mentioning all the facts and you pay your share to him.
