Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Dear sir, my friend brought a cooperative support land on different name, he has paid his own money for this land and he has signed the document during the registration. After 20 years he sold that particular property.
Now issues is name which he used is his brother�s name, now his brothers threading him and tell him he is going to file a case.
Pls. advice

This is a clear fraud of impersonation. You have to get it resolved within or else you will held liable for criminal offence of impersonation.
