can a co sharer raise construction in portion of joint property in his possesion without the consent of other co sharers with supreme court odf india decisions?

its difficult to give u advice on these facts.
even if there is nothing in written to stop him even then u can stop him by filing a case of injunction.
besides ur consent there must be consent of municipal corporation also.
