can the bar concil initiate dicipillanary action against an advocate on its roll if his landlord has filed civil & CRIMINAL CASE against him & vice versa?

Diciplnary action will only be taken against an advocate only if he violates or breaches provisions of the act. mare accused of an offence does not mean the one who is guilty of an offence.

no, no such action can be taken against him, as the bar council deals with the professional misconduct and not with the civil or criminal liabilities of an advocate.

You have not given any details. The bar council cannot initiate diceplanary action against any advocate until unless you have prove your allegations against advocate
