I have invested sum of rupees 25000 in adeventure country resort ltd.Ialso got the coupens and recipt of my money what i have invested,I was abt to get money till 2005. but asper the document i didn't recived the amount

regd.folio no ao 17558

certificate no.0 237540A

it was diced to get some of amount 75000 back now i dont expect for it but at list the amount i have paid should be return.

you need to send them a legal notice and then can file a recovery suit

write to the company and demend an explanation asserting the same deficiency in service and if they fail to return the money then file a complaint with cosumer district forum and also recovery suit.take advise of a lawyer.
