Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
If the medical certificate given by me for absence in court is proved false by my opponent lawyer in the court
what legal action they can take against me.The doctor who issued the false medical certificate who is my family friend too can also be in problem.what i can do to safeguard from such problem. is it a small thigh or we can face some real problem.
In which sections of law me and my friend doctor can be sued.

it has to be proved that the medical certificate is false and unless it is proved, no action can be initiated against you or the doctor. mere allegation is not enough.
Mr.Gupta is right. Even then if it is proved then your friends degree of doctor may be suspended and you both may be proceeded for wrong affidavit etc.
