respected sir,

my father is living seperately for past 20 yrs, he made a house in that period. my mother is a govt employee who does not have ahouse . me , my younger brother and my mother are living togather.we want his house which is our moral right but his is not ready to give us even a single penny. can court help us to get his property and money after or before his death? he is not a good person he never took our responsibility financially or any other . my mother took all our responsibilities alone. now i want her to get her right . they are not legally divorced .

Your mother can sue your father for right of residence in the house and maintenance against your father.

Your mother can very well claim for the residence.

Even you and your brother can claim for maintenance and house from your father, but for that certain queries are needed to be made.
