Succession in case of hindus and non hindus are governed by seperate provisions. Son / daughter of first wife in hindu succession are category 1 legal heirs.

You are entitled to a share at par with your brothers and sisters. You may consider filing a civil suit for declaration of your ownership and possession of your share by partition/sale of the property.
