Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Need advice.

Sir,

i have got a problem that my mother invested total rs.16500 on a monthly basis for 5 yrs. In a company named ''grindalay forestry india ltd.'' which was present in (delhi) in 1997 i.E. In 2002 we will get rs.27500. Now in 2002 when the period was complete, the person (agent) on which behalf my mother invested the money said that ''the company has got closed because of some case on it.'' my father went to see that company but it was locked.That agent asked us to wait. Now in 2003, my father again went to the agent, he replied the same thing i.E. Wait as the case is still there & is not solved yet.

Years & years have got passed .Now when i have got matured i went to see that company. I enquired about it and came to know from a sweeper in that building that the company ran away. Now when i went to that agent who is still there he again said the same thing. When i asked him that today 6 yrs. Have got passed then when will this case be over. He said :-''that u know that cases can continue for 10 to any no. Of years.''

now sir i know that he is fooling my parents taking advantage of the fact that they are not well educated.

Now what we are having are the receipts of money deposited. Please advice ME.
