A bank dishonour the cheq. of the firm by negiglancy,Can the firm go in consumer fourm.

Certainly you can move the Consumer Forum for this grievance. If you can support your case with proper evidence you will get an order directing the Bank to honour the cheque and other suitable orders ancilary to the main order. This is a case of defficiency in service and in my view it is suitable to move the Consumer Forum.

sure. that is "deficiency of service" by the Bank. You can seek compensation before consumer forum.
