Home aggreement

i was meeting a broker to help me to find a home for rental.he later show one house.but due to poor performance like poor time management by him,wasting our time waiting for house owner,i decide to break the consent.alternately,my friend went to find another broker.the new broker showed the same house the previous broker show.but the new broker was more better and we agreed to take the house..after 2 months,the broker who the 1st showed the house,came and claimed for 1 month-house-rental money because he the 1st one find the house for us..but we made the agreement trough another broker who go paid for that 1 months rental money..do he have right for that money or can i not to pay him?

The terms and conditions needs to checked in the agreement but dont worry he wont be able to do anything as you have already entered into the agreement.

It depends upon the terms and conditions of your agreement with the first broker.

However, equity states that the first broker be paid for the commission if he somehow show that there was a kind of implied agreement between him and you.
