Legal Question in Consumer Law in India
I purchased a flat however at the time of deal I was not aware about property laws i.e. MOFA-63. Lateron I came to know that the promoter has not only charged for the excess carpet area on the ground of saleable area but also charged the cost for car parking. If I move the case to consumer redressal forum, what are the popints to be kept in mind/observed
