Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

Sir, I am holding a platinum credit card of a credit card company. I proceeded to redeem my reward points, through their web site.I selected the option of type of card- platinum and gave my credit card number. The transaction was completed and accepted. A transaction number was given. However, I received only one gift voucher, as against four, as per the transaction. The bank did not state anything in the covering letter and blissfully remained silent. On inquiring they replied that I must visit another website. The question is if this was not the correct web site, how was the transaction accepted and a transaction number given. Further, they now claimed that they redeemed more points against the one gift voucher, they dispatched. The bank refuses to honor the commitment and present the three gift vouchers. How do I resolve this issue. Can the Consumer Forums help and which one? Dsouza

There is no need to go to con. forum so early. First a letter from a legal point of view ,then a legal notice to oblige the commitment will be served. If these things don't work then we can go for con.forum. Be in touch for more help.
