Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

my husband threatened me nd took my salary from the day of marriage. he got it transfered through online to his account. is there a legal way to get back my salary, as im not working now and not with him now due to a family problem. i have a child too. thank u. im not sure of the law that need to be selected below. please advice..

You can seek for maintenance as well as recovery of your earned money, you must be having account details, get the statement from Bank to prove that the amount was transferred to his account.
