Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in India

Sir,

There are confusion regarding the Statute of Limitation in India for foreign debts.

Debt Recovery Agents in India started to visit my home First time in Sep - 2009 for last payment made in Dec-2008 in Dubai and they keep on coming every year and their last visit was in Feb- 2013. In this case, 3 years form the last visit of 2013 or the First Visit in 2009? Can we sue DRA for compensation?

Such DRA have no locus in India, they first need to obtain a decree in their home country, get it transferred here in India to execute it, they have no legal authority to act. You can file a Police Complaint against them, for harassment.
