Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Dear Sir,
today i read a news in news paper, that kerala police has taken a person to do hypnosis to get evidence and prove a case against him.
and further to that, i checked in internet on that matter. thus i got your email.
request you to clarify on the validity of doing tests like hypnosis, polygraph, narco analisys etc in indian criminal law and courts.
is poilce permitted to do such tests in india?
