Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I am a girl(25) who had physical relationship with a guy two years ago.We had broken up and I am going into another relationship.But my ex-boyfriend threatened me and sent my nude pics to my new boyfriend.I don't have any specific proof of his threatening (he had deleted all his previous mails) and also he had used fake mail ids to send the pics.Now he is denying that he had those pics.Please suggest how can I bring him to justice.

Dear Client,
Try to collect some information with regard to your relationship. I means some Sms or Emails and even call list which were sent you by the person. First file a complaint in the nearest police station.
