our family been accused under 498a past two years. we all got anticipatory bail. my brther is abroad twice we got summon frm court to attend, next date of summon to attend court in this mnth end. if my brother land up in mumvbai are there any chances of police arresting him, case is reported in banglore, will police travell frm banglore to mumbai to arrest.pls clarify he was not present at time of case. am worried a lot about this. after two years he is returning home, we cud not arrange anticipatory bail as his visit is sudden.
pls help me... worried a lot.

if all of you have obtained anticipatory bail in 498a why you are worried. it appear from your fear that except your brother all of you have got anticipatory bail. you have to honour summons. if you and your family is not in position to attend court ask your lawyer to get permanent exemption under section 205 of cr.p.c. your brother can anticipatory bail easily. even if you have any trouble you can call 09426217903 at any callable time.
