This is to inform him that,I lodged a case 498a againast my husband in 2003 and the case is still going now.My husband is in bail since 2003.He has a valid Passport having a valid VISA for UK.The validity of the Passport is to Expair june 2008.He appalied to the lower court to accord permission for renewal of the said passport but mentioning no number of the passport subject to renewal.The ltd.Judge issued simply no objection certificate for renweal of the same passport.After dew renewal my husband hide the fact and went to UK and joined a new service their.After knowing the fact ie he stay at UK in the bail period,I prayed to the court for proper justice in this context.During the last hearing the ltd. Judge expressed that he has not giving any permission to my husband to procced to UK and diracted him to place all the records of his leaving INDIA and stay at UK without Proper Permission.I apprehend that he may manupulate the record and submit the same.

I solicite kind advice as to how I can prove his stay at UK and for that what are the records to be provided and who are the personals of what office who can help in this issue.So that I can pray to the judge to request the officials for the true records.I know old passport no.

Passport bear endorsements of each and every travel outside India and to India from abroad. If you apprehend manipulation in those entries, you can call for records from Immigration Dept.
