Dear Sir,
My brother was false accuse of 498a/406/34 case,2.5 years
ago. He got speedy trial order from High court (within 6 month).
But after the order passed ,1.5 years , the case is still
running ,he is suffering in career , jobs .Now what is
the remedy to conclude the case
