My husband is asking for Divorce by Mutual Consent, but i am not ready for Divorce itself, can he get Divorce without my consent ?

what should i do to save my marriage.

Any mutual consent divorce cannot take place without both the parties agreeing for the same.To save your marriage file a case for Restitution of conjugal rights.

The "No fault theory" of divorce is not applicable in INDIA under Hindu Law. If a divorce is filed against you on false accusations, you will have opportunity to answer those allegations and present the correct picture before the court.
