you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights and in that petition explain the facts and circumstances that how your wife left you without a sufficient cause.

there must be some reason for your wife for not living with you! it may be very personal too! but you have the right to know about it! ... talk to her and may be her parents.. (if you are interested to live with her)and you can also send a legal notice asking her to come back and live with you.. restitution of conjugal rights!... finally, if you are not interested in her go in for a divorce in your case there can be a mutual petition also.. to disolve it at the earliest!... contact a lawyer in person and get things set right!

You have to firm stand regarding your relation whether you also want divorce or bring back your wife and for each relief you have to adopt different legal action.

If you also want divorce than you both may obtain divorce by mutual consent by threin resolving all your issues or disputes
