Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,I have filed RCR in Jan-2009 asking my wife to rejoin the marital house.against their petition for travel allowance court has ordered to pay a sum every month on aug-2010.till now i have not paid the T A money till now.
I filed petition & i'm ready to accept my wife & kid.But In front of judge"she has admitted that she is not ready to rejoin nor to give divorce. During every proceedings Their advocate is demanding for money,but 'm not ready to pay b'cos i'm not rejecting wife.I want them back.Judge is also not givg any decisions??
In this scenario what step i can take,I.m ready to accept her,But she is not ready to join me,Do i have to pay the T A ?.if i dont pay Will there be any action on me? What legal step i have to take now to get rid of this for either rejoining or divorce?? Pls suggest

in case she is not ready to join back, no court can compel her to live with you.
