Legal Question in Family Law in India

repel maintainence act.maintainence to parents and children is correct as children born to them and parents maintained children from birth to childhood.they served and would serve in future little bit .but maintainence to spouses on equal partner status rely on mutual coordiantaion,unified body and mind spirit baSIS.it is not followed by many partners.say 80 percent.one innocent shouldnot be hanged is our legal philosophy.but in india,many spouses in reality living dead by other spouses actions and minds.so,why dont we uphold freeliving and work,earn live culture.not to loot and live socitey.people are becoming how to destroy weapons and no brotherhood in our society due to legal promotion of adulterers and looters by maintainence laws, .is it not sufficent to the heart of one partner to know the fact that other is not trusted partner in sex?and cheat and would cheat at the slightest opporutunity?who has to judge the other partner more than him?and who has to pay his earned money for legal system proof based endorsements?what kind of laws these are ?200 years back society, pramoted more liberal SECRET indian socieyt and now this SECRET policy is running every blood veins and sociey policy.now much of society is SECRET and if anybody done perfectly secretly it is ok and it is ok.not found thief is gentleman.But .most of disputes between spouses revolves around adultry and adultric tendencies.man and woman relationships is never platonic.man and man relations are not even on trust ever,it is mainly on mutual help and service.spouses mutuall help and service broken due to undue demand on others,it is bound to broken like other relation.but,here it is labelled sacred by others to their selfishness. and minted money from earners to promote adultry (defintly disgruntled ,fuming,roaming spouse wants food to body and sex to body,which is naturally adultry created adultry )and making suffered spouse to lose money ,mind and life.please give govt or law makers and law departments money or grants to disputing spouses to have food and sex not by other human spouse hardearned money and pramote adultry in marriages.yes,law is making spouses to desert and live with other spouse money to enjoy by mainatinence act in india.kindly repel and make all genders face reality of harsh money earning and living conditions which makes society no problem society.and also equal in genders and actions.finally kindly consider that if i cant prove others wrong ,future wrongs i had to shelter feed and make enjoying other spouse infront of me is like killing me in my own houses by law and society itself and it kills our society at the grass root level.give life and let humans live fully in life term by their own work and earn and enjoy policy than not loot and enjoy policy.india is dead and it will die thousand times in the hands of secret,selfish,corrupt ,impotent people.
