Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife filed 498a case again me and family before 7 years. She is at her parents home with my doughter. I tried to convince her to come back home. Even ADR court process I tried hard. But she is asking me 1 lakh Rs. as security, 1 year at her parents home or seperate house. I am unable to complete all this conditions same time (I was ready to give security for 1 year). Now she has stopped all conversation. I have also filed 3 years back divorce case but she is not ready to come back or not for divorce also. She is not attending 498 or divoice case also. I am completly disturb for being idel. could you please advoice me to get resolve with this issues, as my lowyers are just consulting to fight. but already 7 years are left without any dission. Please advoice.

without knowing your grounds of divorce, noone can guide you properly. Plz send us your copy of divorce and her 498 case status and copy of FIR

your case his not being handled in a proper manner and only dates are being sought. better meet your lawyer and show the urgency.
depending on other facts you may ask high court for quashing 498A and ask civil court to pass ex parte judgement in the divorce case
