Legal Question in Civil Litigation in India

'Akshay' is the only son of 'Pelaram'...'Atul' and 'Ram' are the 2 sons of 'Akshay'...'Bijoy', 'Biren' and 'Bimal' are the 3 sons of 'Atul'....'Ram' has no son/daughter.

'Akshay' got all his properties from 'Pelaram', normally, by virtue of ancestral prperty

But, 'Akshay' had done gift deed of his entire property to 'Atul'

And 'Atul' subsequently gifted all his properties to 'Bimal' and 'Biren' only, leaving 'Bijoy'

In the process 'Bijoy' is deprived of from all his ancestral properties and 'Bijoy' has not got anything of his share.

Can 'Bijoy' go to court and challange all the gift deeds in the court of law?

Note:'Akshay' and 'Atul' has some personal vendetta on 'Bijoy', as 'Bijoy' had married a woman not liked by 'Akshay' and 'Atul'.
