private encroachment of land
I had purchased 5 cent agriculture land on 1993.Thare seems to be survey no wrong.I had settled the land on my wife's name and got patta and tax recept from VAO office. now somebody encroached the land,kindly guide me legal prospective

you should report the matter to police and should also file a case in the court by contacting a local lawyer

Approach civil court with your case. You may have to file a suit for declaration and injunction against the encroachers.

From whom you purchased the land?
Was the property purchased or granted by the Government?
Is the survey no. in your title deeds wrong?
Who is in possession of the land?
Please answer the above queries for suitably answering your question.
