Legal Question in Immigration Law in India
Hello
I have a girlfriend who is going to uk this sep for her masters.we r planning to register our marriage before she leaves .All this is to be done without her parents notice.She hasnt filed for her visa yet.will this create any problem in the future for her . we are planning to update her marital status to married in her passport or visa.

in case the parents create a problem, you may approach the High Court seeking protection against false cases.
