Re: Legal Advice

It is important to know since when they have been using the said road, further whether there is any other way to reach the school . In respect of using it is a play ground they cannot claim it as of right unless there is any document in thier favour.

if when you start putting the compound wall if any body troubles you can file a suit before teh court and get injuction restraining them from interfering in your posession

Re: Legal Advice

Dear Sir,

How long the school has been using the land as a right of way and is it having easementary rights over it, would be the issue deciding the dispute.

In any case notice can be given to affecting party; sign board showning your rights can be put up and lastly suit in the court of law can be filled for protecting ur rights.

Being the owner you can enjoy your land as per your wishes but it is also to be seen that since when the school is using the land and if the peiod is 20 or more years then they got easementary right over the property hence they have to get their right.
