Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Can two petition can be clubbed for hearing in supreme court, when in first petition a party is petitioner and in second petition same party is respondent, how they can be clubbed and heard together by supreme court in a civil case ?

your lawyer needs to move an application for clubbing both the petitions under Supreme Court rules.
