Legal Question in Employment Law in India

dear sir,

If a daughter has been given job on compassionate basis after death of her father in a govt service, Can in the situation that the daughter is not able to work due to illness and that her younger adult sister ( dependant on elder sister) get that job.

I mean , can job be given to younger daughter instead of elder sister now.

Kindly advise

If appointment has already been made in favour of one child, ordinarily it may not be changed. However, you may contact the authorities with her medical records.
