Legal Question in Employment Law in India

Hi,
I have been physically and psychologically harassed by my manager in my company. I have filed a formal complaint against it with supporting mails by all the witnesses. Company fired the manager for it. But the new appointed manager was his ally. And now he is retaliating by humiliating me in private meetings. He has also screwed the yearly performance rating for me and all the witnesses. But I don't have any proof of retaliation. Can law help me in this scenario ?

Firstly give complaint to authorised and then u can file complaint before labour court or before police

you may talk to higher authorities and seek transfer to some other department.
